About Us

In September 2003, Nina and Jeremy were invited to attend the birthday dinner of Jen, Nina's cousin and Jeremy's friend since fifth grade. Jeremy was the only invitee to show up on time, which was quite rare for Jeremy. Eventually Nina and her cousin Pau appeared and waited outside the restaurant while other guests parked. Although Jeremy and Nina noticed each other waiting, they did not know they would be attending the same party. Everyone introduced themselves once other guests arrived, and soon dinner was underway. After sampling countless tapas, Nina broke out into hives for the first time, and still does not know what she was allergic to. Despite an inauspicious start, Jeremy and Nina hit it off that evening and started dating two months later. After many sushi dinners, concerts, and law school exams, the two of them are looking forward to celebrating their commitment to endless years of good times and funny stories to come.
